class timetable

Linda teaches about 15 classes per week during school term times (with breaks for school holidays, including half terms). Classes are kept small (usually less than 15 people) so that Linda can ensure that each exercise is performed correctly and that all participants receive suitable tuition to obtain optimal results.

Each class will focus on

  1. Core (abdominal and back) strength and stability
  2. Flexibility and muscle toning
  3. Improved posture and balance

Classes vary in cost depending on hall charges - contact Linda for full details. A single one-off class can be attended, with subsequent classes being payable half-termly in advance (i.e. for blocks of 5 or 6 classes)
